With a little over two weeks left to go on this trip, it's certainly gone by a lot faster than I thought it would; but I've had the best time. The weather has mostly been perfect, I really can't complain about the rain, for one thing because at least it's warm, & for another, because I know I'd get a lot of grief about it from back home, rightfully so!
I've seen & done a lot of great things up to this point, met a few really nice ladies along the way who have been fantastic hostesses of their cities, the few low points have been few & far between & the highs have been fantastic. So Sydney is next on the agenda, & among other things, I have the Sydney Harbour bridge climb to look forward to on my birthday, March 1st, which Derek is giving to me for my birthday so I'm really excited about that! I'm really hoping that the next two weeks go as slowly as possible, because I want to really savor being in this really excellent country. What is it about warm weather that just makes you feel really happy & upbeat??

Your trip so far is delightful. You are in the right place for warm weather and you must know we have had nothing but cold,snow and crappy weather.
